They can be used for a number of applications, including performance training, power development, personal fitness and rehab. The Slastix Pro Bands include two 4 ft. bands with handles, which are connected with an anchor loop. This can be attached to an anchor or used with a partner. They stretch up to 3 times their length.
Nylon handles with hard PVC grips, black sleeve on product. 5" handle on each end. 2-4' long cords per unit.
